reporters reported that the Cabinet meeting in Songkhla Province saw a request for approval of the budget framework for the Songkhla Lake Irrawaddy Dolphin Conservation Plan (2024-2028), a resolution as proposed by the Ministry of Finance.  For approval of the cost framework for the Songkhla Lake Irrawaddy Dolphin Conservation Plan in the first 5 years, with a budget of 402.818 million baht, to be spent first from foreign aid and the Science, Research and Innovation Promotion Fund.
